Jeff Katofsky


Jeff Katofsky is the managing member of Future Legends, LLC. Graduating with highest honors from the University of California Los Angeles and then a Juris Doctorate degree in 1988 from Boalt Hall School of Law (UC Berkeley), Jeff became a top civil trial litigator and business attorney over the past thirty plus years.

Jeff entered the hospitality arena in 2014, converting the shuttered 272 room Delta by Marriott at the Detroit Airport, and is now restoring the nationally flagged historic St. Clair Inn resort and Hotel Harrington, both opening in 2019, and is about to convert the famous Sugarloaf Mountain Ski Resort, as well as other planned projects. Jeff continues to act as the senior partner for his law firm as well as owning and operating retail, food, gym and waterfront establishments as part of his portfolio. Jeff and his wife Jyll reside in California and are parents to two sons, Jake and Casey (who is Future Legends Complex' Executive Director of Operations)


Ryan “Spilly” Spilborghs


Ryan was a professional baseball player for 13 years, including 6 major league seasons with the Colorado Rockies. Ryan has served as a player representative for 6 years with Major League Players Association, participating in the negotiating committee for the 2012 Collective Bargaining Agreement. Ryan was an active participant of many programs supported by the Players Trust charitable programs including "Action Team" and "Busses for Baseball". Ryan continues to serve baseball both as a Broadcaster with the Colorado Rockies, and by participating in all community engagement to expand baseball in Denver. Ryan graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a bachelors in Sociology, and is currently enrolled for an MBA at Denver University Daniels College of Business.


Casey Katofsky

Executive Director of Operations

Sports and Entertainment is in Casey’s blood. Working in both professional and collegiate sports for over a decade, Casey has now moved to Northern Colorado to take on one of the most exciting projects in sports. After gaining his Bachelors, Graduate Certificate, and Master’s at Santa Clara University, Columbia University, and Georgetown University respectively, Casey comes to Future Legends after working in the Corporate Sponsorships Department for Under Armour in San Francisco. He is eager to help establish a premier experience in youth and professional sports that is inclusive to athletes of all backgrounds and talent levels.


Dave Susi

General Manager

Dave Susi joined the Future Legends Complex team as the General Manager in December of 2020. Dave started his career in the Air Force, where he served for 10 years, working in logistics and maintenance. He joins Future Legends Complex after nine and a half years with Spurs Sports and Entertainment where he most recently was the General Manager of Toyota Field and Star Complex. In his time with the Spurs, Dave’s responsibilities spanned from field and stadium maintenance, operations management, and staff development, to fiscal planning and procurement management. He continues to serve as Executive Director of Heroes Sports, a non-profit he founded in 2015, that works to empower veterans through outdoor recreation and sport.

Dave will oversee all facility operations, maintenance and local sports programming at Future Legends Complex.


Tony Leko

Director of Tournaments

Tony Leko joined the Future Legends Complex staff as the Director of Tournaments in September 2020. Tony graduated from Cal State-Northridge with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, followed by master's studies in Sports Management at Long Beach State. He joins Future Legends with wide ranging tournament and event experience, including extensive time spent with National Governing Bodies. Tony's prior 12 years in the industry were spent with the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, USA Cycling, US Lacrosse, and most recently, event production company Barton G.

Tony will oversee all in-house owned and operated sports events at Future Legends.


Rachel Levitsky

Director of Marketing and Communications

Rachel Levitsky joined the Future Legends Complex staff as the Director of Marketing and Communications in August 2020. Rachel graduated from Lewis & Clark College with a dual Bachelor's Degree in International Affairs and Biology, followed by a master's in Sports Management from University of Massachusetts-Amherst. She joins Future Legends with in-depth experience in sports marketing and communications, most recently at the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association, working on public and media relations, event management, digital marketing and brand management. Previously, she worked on Fortune 500 brands at Octagon Sports and Entertainment, an experiential event marketing agency.

Rachel's duties with Future Legends span brand management, digital and email marketing, social media, advertising and public and community relations.


Anna-Lisa Bjorklund

Director of Sales and Sponsorships

Anna-Lisa Bjorklund joined the Future Legends Complex team as the Director of Sales and Sponsorship in September 2020. Anna-Lisa graduated from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Public Relations, and recently earned her Project Management Professional certification. She has a background in hospitality and premium seating, project management, event coordination and marketing, having spent the last 11 years of her career at Live Nation, advancing sponsorships and renovating premium, suite and club spaces at many of Live Nation's owned and operated facilities.

Anna-Lisa will own all sales and sponsorship activities across the complex, and is passionate about creating relationships with partners and sponsors that align with Future Legends’ mission and enhance the onsite experience for all participants.


Marisa Pashby

Director of Events

Marisa Pashby joined the Future Legends Complex staff as the Director of Events in August 2020. Marisa graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Communications, where she ran Santa Clara's major concerts and events. She joins Future Legends after three years spent with Acumen, LLC, where she focused on corporate event planning, and the San Francisco Giants, handling general special events.

Marisa handles all non-sporting events at Future Legends, including concerts, festivals, philanthropic and corporate events, and more.


Karen Taylor

Executive Assistant

Karen Taylor joined the Future Legends Complex team as an Executive Assistant in October 2020. A 30+ year resident of Northern Colorado, Karen spent several years in Colorado State University's Athletic Department as an Executive Assistant to the Director of Athletics, working across communications, scheduling, contracts, development, marketing and more.

Karen manages office operations for Future Legends, and handles all inbound communications requests.
