Key Areas of Responsibility, Job Metrics and Competencies: 

– Ticket Tailor: Sell, promote, and market tickets for all 3 Future Legends Teams including: Season tickets, Mini Plans, Flex Packs, Group tickets, and single game tickets.
– Connection Cultivator: Acquire new customers/clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits.
– Relationship Builder: Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with past and new customers to promote renewals.
– Customer Advocate: Provide excellent customer service for current and future customers with ticket issues and questions.
– Goal Achiever: Meet and exceed sales goals.
– Positive Influence: Promote a positive sales culture within the office.
– Networking Pro: Network, prospect, and create new sales opportunities when and wherever possible.
– Attendance Architect: Use creativity to come up with new ways to promote attendance.
– Tech Savvy: Effectively and efficiently navigate current ticketing software.
– Game Day Ambassador: Act as liaison and point of contact for customers/clients on game days.
– Versatility Virtuoso: Be able to enthusiastically take on other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions: 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
o Sales Experience
o Customer Service Experience
o Experience in processing, prospecting, and sales within the professional sports industry (preferred)
Availability: Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends (required)

Compensation/Perks: 

  • Compensation ($30,000/year plus commission)
