Elite Programs

We are establishing a high-level pre-professional training platform that prepares players for collegiate and professional pathways — and acts as a foundation for launching a WPSL Pro team in Fall 2026.

Training & Development:

Bi-weekly full-group elite training sessions led by high-level coaches and WPSL staff
Small group technical and tactical development (1–6 players per session)
Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and pathway tracking
Sessions modeled after professional training environments

Additional Pathway Support:

College prep education for players and parents
Player entry into an opt-in scouting pool shared with NCAA, NAIA, and pro scouts
First rights to attend international combines and pro scouting events

Open to:
Motivated youth players seeking elite development alongside their club participation.

Noco Rain PDP Academy/ Development : $89 USD/Month.

Youth Noco Rain PDP Training Programs

Rain PDP U 5- U8 , Theme: Discovery, energy, joy

Focus: Ball mastery, movement, joy, and creativity – The Discovery Phase
Sessions emphasize small-sided games, 1v1s, 2v2s, 3v3s and fun challenges
Coaching Approach: Encouraging exploration, confidence, and decision-making

Note: Shared Curriculum with Futsal

Rain PDP U9- U12, Theme: Foundation, skills, growth

Focus: Technical development and game understanding – The Foundation Phase
Continued ball mastery, now with added passing/receiving, spacing, and awareness
Begin understanding roles and basic team play
Age-appropriate introduction to tactics and decision-making

Rain PDP – U13-U15 , Theme: Emerging identity, learning tactics, growing purpose

Focus: Position-specific learning, tactical depth, and competitive IQ – The Development Phase
Emphasis on applying technical skills under pressure
Growth mindset, accountability, and ownership of learning
Physical literacy and recovery habits introduced

Rain Pro PDP – NoCo Premier Development Program ,Theme: Refinement, ambition, preparing for next level

Focus: Individual development within team structure
Players begin to specialize and focus on positional mastery
