Position Summary:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the stability, organization, and configuration of all human resource needs for Future Legends Complex ensuring all the wellbeing of the staff and organization is executed and upheld at the highest level. This executive position will effectively organize and run the human resources department for all entities that are under the Future Legends umbrella. This department leader will be responsible for the training and development of the human resources team, establishing goals, and providing feedback and growth opportunities.
Key Areas of Responsibility, Job Metrics and Competencies:
● Identifying, evaluating, and solving hiring challenges.
● Recruiting top talent to all needed positions.
● Mediating and suggesting solutions to employee disputes.
● Interviewing potential candidates and making recommendations
● Compiling information about compensation and benefits packages based on market data.
● Support management by providing human resources direction, advice, and counsel.
● Guide management and employee actions by developing HR guidelines, communicating
the guidelines, and enforcing organization values.
● Lead company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements
including any related to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Department of
Labor, worker compensation, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
(OSHA).
● Establish and maintain company records and reports; able to direct others in the
organization and adherence to record-keeping guidelines.
● Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
● Oversee internship programs.
Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:
● Bachelors or Advanced Degree in Human Resources or related field
OR
● Equivalent, related experience/training in lieu of degree. (Minimum 5 years will be
considered)
● A minimum of 2 years supervisory, management and/or leadership experience.
● Proficient in database and Human Resources computer application systems, preferably
SAP systems
● Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work long hours, including overnights,
evenings, weekends, and holidays.
● Must have the physical ability to work both inside and outside during all seasons of the
year and possible extreme weather conditions.

● Tenacious work ethic.
● Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with an ability to simultaneously handle
multiple tasks and adapt to change.
● Excellent in understanding cultural norms, traditions, and working with diverse teams.
● Must be able to complete projects and resolve issues expeditiously, independently and
with minimal supervision; must be able to show initiative and good judgment.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must due to required
correspondence in the role.
● Demonstrate poise, tact, and diplomacy.
● Strong teamwork aptitude required.
● Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

- Competitive salary based upon experience (Minimum salary: $48,000)
