Future Legends Complex LLC, located in Windsor, Colorado is the premier destination for sports
and events. Opening in Spring 2022, Future Legends will be a state-of-the-art indoor/outdoor
multi-sport, training, and events facility that will make a positive impact on the local community
and surrounding area as well as nationally. It is designed to host guests for national, regional
and local sports tournaments, events, leagues, and more for players and audiences of all ages
and skill levels. With two professional sports teams, professional stadium, two nationally flagged
hotels, dozens of diamond and multi-purpose fields, E-Sports arena, lodging, 64-team dormitory,
retail, restaurants, and much more, the future of sports is here.

Job Description:
● Manage operations, sales, marketing, facility management, and logistics for all in house
Future Legends Dorm Style and Non-Dorm Style events
● Lead and carry out marketing efforts, business plan, budget, and communication strategy
for In House Events
● Work closely and collaborate with executive leaders to develop and implement a business
strategy and plan brand management.
● Direct a team of Tournament Managers and Coordinators to assist with booking for
events, facility management, dorm operations and overall event success

● Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure public relations and collateral material for events
reinforces brand direction and market awareness
● Manage team database and event technology software to create best experience for
consumers for tournaments both in house and outbound
● Optimize technological and in-person marketing efforts for the Future Legends brand
● Lead tournaments efforts nationwide market
● Work with our corporate partners and in house partners with marketing efforts and
strategy

Experience/Skills:
● 4-6 years of experience in a leadership role in sports events, youth tournaments,
operations, sports marketing, or general management
● Previous experience in sports industry and youth sports planning is strong plus
● Heavy knowledge of event planning, event sales, and database management
● Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sports Marketing, Strategic Communication, or other
Operations/Business/Marketing Field
● Master’s Degree preferred but not required
● Excellent communication with teammates, external parties, and consumers
● Strong organization, leadership, and problem solving skills
● Ability to be innovative and adapt on the fly
