Position Summary:
The Box Office Manager/Ticketing Account Executive, is responsible for providing superior customer service for our clients year-round. Working during ticketed events for Future Legends Complex; ensuring all elements of events, gatherings, bookings, etc. are executed at the highest level. This fun fast paced position will effectively provide support to the Ticketing Manager. Duties are subject to change as we grow, develop and establish goals.
Key Areas of Responsibility, Job Metrics and Competencies:
- Act as main liaison between Partnership department
- Prospect and make cold calls to local companies and organizations to sell and service all ticket packages
- Set appointments with key decision-makers in the community to assess the opportunity and development for ticket partnerships
- Attend community events, chamber events, and assist in outside events as needed.
- Administer superior customer service for clients year-round
- The ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends and select holidays
- Running the Will Call/Ticket Sales windows
- Take ticket orders over the phone and in person with top notch customer service
- Manage box office on game days and all needs associated with box office

Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in sports or athletic realm
- Must have a flexible schedule and the ability to work long hours, including overnights, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with diverse staff, tenacious work ethic and strong, written communication skills required
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with an ability to simultaneously handle multiple tasks and adapt to change
- Must be able to complete projects and resolve issues expeditiously, independently and with minimal supervision; must be able to show initiative and good judgment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must due to required correspondence in the role
- Demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy
- Strong teamwork aptitude required
- Must have the physical ability to work both inside and outside during all seasons of the year and possible extreme weather conditions
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in database and sales computer application systems, preferably SAP systems

- Competitive salary based upon experience (Minimum salary: $30,000 + Commisson)
